Quickstart

Follow this checklist to get a new organization fully protected. Each step links to a detailed guide.

Note

You’ll need admin access to Helios (app.himaya.ai) and to your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant.

1. Sign in to Helios

   Open app.himaya.ai and sign in with your organization admin account. First-time orgs get a temporary password from their Himaya contact.

2. Connect your email provider

   Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your provider. This is the most important step — follow the full guide for your platform:

   Connect Google Workspace Includes enabling domain-wide delegation for org-wide coverage.
   Connect Microsoft 365 App registration + Graph permissions + admin consent.

3. Verify full-mailbox coverage

   Confirm Helios sees more than just the admin mailbox — for Google, run Test domain-wide delegation; for Microsoft 365, confirm admin consent was granted. See Troubleshooting if only the admin shows up.

4. Deploy the report add-on

   Roll out one-click reporting to employees — see Report Add-ons.

5. Invite your team

   Add analysts and viewers with the right access — see Roles & Permissions.

6. Configure policies

   Set up automated actions and optionally sweep existing mail — see Policies.

You’re protected

New and reported email now runs through auto-triage automatically. Work the Quarantine queue to review verdicts and release any false positives.
